In our own words
Leypass Ltd is a CQC-regulated domiciliary care agency based in Teignbridge, Devon. We are a family-run business, and we instil that family ethos in both our staff and the people we support. We aim to deliver the highest quality service — enhancing and strengthening standards of living in the comfort of someone's own home, while enabling and supporting people to retain their independence, both mentally and physically.

Our approach
What “person-centred” means here
It means the care plan follows the person, not the other way round. How someone likes their morning to go, what they still want to do themselves, what they'd rather have help with — those are the starting points.
It also means keeping people in the place they know. Independence at home is usually built out of small, unglamorous things: getting dressed without a struggle, a hot meal, the shopping arriving, someone noticing when something has changed.
