How home care actually works
Care at home isn't one long shift — it's a handful of planned visits that fit around the day someone already has. A package can be as light as one call a week or as involved as four calls a day.
Morning
Help to get up, wash and dress, breakfast, and a prompt for morning medication.
Midday
A hot meal, a bit of company, and an eye on how the morning has gone.
Teatime
Evening meal, shopping put away, a load of washing on, the bins out.
Bedtime
Help to get ready for bed, night medication, and the house locked up.
Every package is set after a free assessment — these are typical calls, not a fixed menu.
Why families choose us
“Person centred care is at the heart of everything we do. Our staff are committed to helping people live fuller, independent lives for longer.”
We are registered with, and inspected by, the Care Quality Commission — the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
We are a family business, and we instil that same family ethos in our staff and in the way people are supported.
Support is built around how someone actually wants to live, not around a standard package.
Our CQC location ID is 1-10376016533. As a newly registered location we do not yet have a published rating.

In the community
We are part of Teignbridge, Devon, not just working in it. Alongside the care we provide, we are proud to sponsor local sport — and the purple in our colours is where #BleedPurple comes from.
Being local matters practically too: our carers know the lanes, the villages and the drive times, so calls land when they are meant to.
Most families ring us before they know exactly what they need. A free assessment is a conversation, not a commitment.
